To understand Crafted Cycles, lets introduce you to the owner.
Jamie Loots started in the cycling industry in 2011 at the age of 14, learning bicycle maintance at a very young age from a ex professional mechanic.
After spending the majority of his weekends and school holidays working in the industry Jamie had become fluent in the art of bicycle maintance keeping up to date with all the latest tech and trends through the years.
After High School, Jamie attended courses around the world receiving internationally recognised bicycle mechanic certifications.
While spending his American summer in USA working as a certified mountain bike instructor in 2018, Jamie had started working on the idea on opening a unique bicycle workshop focused business.
In February 2019 Crafted Cycles opened their doors, working on a one on one, customer to mechanic experience.
Over the years Jamie has also made a well known name on the professional mountain bike scene wrenching with some of the best riders and teams in South Africa.
Crafted Cycles is also the South African distributor for ONZA tires.
